Making a Signature
Facebook group Creative Crafty Friends hosts a signature swap each month. Hmm. I had never made a signature like this. I wanted to do something special for the person I was swapping with and one thing I found out about her is this - she loves steampunk! Just like me! I have a lot of steampunk stash. Most of it is from Stamperia . I pulled out various bits and put this thing together. And I want to walk you through the signature itself. Above is what I did for the cover. Various pieces glued and inked together. I started with a piece of card stock cut to 7" x 10". I folded it in half making a folded piece measuring 5" wide and 7" tall. This is my first inside page. I made a pocket from a scrap and glued some elements on. And I stuffed some extra steampunk bits and pieces into the pocket. Here are the interior pages.
