Taco Tuesday

Just one photo today and it is my awesome Taco Tuesday spread! Hahaha! Except it happened on a Friday and Saturday. I am working on pages that are about 8.5" x 12" in my Harmony Hot Pressed watercolor journal from Hahnemühle. And I am fitting two days onto one page. This page represents days 34 and 35 in The 100 Day Project. I used a bit of gelli print down the middle, one awesome little taco dude courtesy of Chris Ryniak and Pinterest, and some Bristol paper from Hahnemühle for the tile, journal block and the gelli strip. That flamingo was part of a card front from Kim. It was kind of mangled up so I just cut out the flamingo and added him with scor tape. I love working this way! And the Frankles loves tacos so that is what we had for supper Saturday night. The girl can eat! Hahahaha!

  1. Glad you had a lovely time with Frankles & she's interested in art things - such a lovely something for you to share. You have a real knack for putting things together - the quote is perfectly matched with that flamingo.

    1. we did have a great time. I was surprised how into art she is now, but her dad is a great artist so I guess she comes by it naturally <3
